【Crabapple Blossom Festival】New TJU Alumni Home Unveiled

Arts and Culture

On April 2, Tianjin University (TJU) Alumni Home was unveiled at its new location in the Experts Building.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by Yang Xianjin, Secretary of the Party Committee of TJU, Li Jiajun, Chairman of TJU Peiyang Education Development Foundation, Lei Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of TJU, Feng Yaqing, former Vice President of TJU, Cui Zhenduo, former Director of the Office of Science and Technology, among others.

Adjacent to the School of Architecture, the new alumni home sits on the lakeside between Jingye Lake and Youyi Lake. Donated by a number of alumni, the upgraded building will serve as a complex with such various functions as hosting faculty and student alumni activities, coffee and beverage sales, and display of cultural products.
