The signing ceremony of education funds donated by Chen Zhanghui & Goodfirst Foundation to Tianjin University (TJU) was successfully held on December 23 in the center building of the Dynasty Property. Wang Shuxin, vice president of Tianjin University (TJU), Tang Guozhong, vice chairman of the Dynasty Property and director of Chen Zhanghui & Goodfirst Foundation and other representatives attended the ceremony.

Chen Zhanghui & Goodfirst Foundation donated 3 million yuan to Tianjin University Peiyang Education fund. On the behalf of TJU, Wang Shuxin expressed sincere appreciation for the donations. He then introduced TJU’s characteristic and preponderant disciplines based on its long history and shared its future vision and goals. He added that TJU was looking forward to closer ties and deeper communications with the Foundation so that both sides could give full play to their advantages to boost mutual development.

Tang Guozhong said that philanthropy had become an indispensable part of the spirit and culture of the company since its establishment. “As the major donor of the Chen Zhanghui & Goodfirst Foundation, Dynasty Property has been increasing its support to education by donating over 200 million yuan in recent years.” He thought highly of TJU’s efforts in cultivating top talents for the country and society and hoped to help the long-standing university to achieve its goal of becoming a world-class university. “We are much honored to support TJU’s future development,” Tang noted.

Chen Zhanghui & Goodfirst Foundation in Fujian Province was established in March 2018 with the original fund of 25 million yuan donated by Good First Group. Adhering to the concept of Constancy, Innovation and Practicability, the foundation has actively participated and promoted charity businesses. In the past two years, it has made various donations to 33 schools in Fujian, Guangxi, Tianjin, Ningxia and other places.
