In a notice jointly issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of human resources and social security, Dr. Liu Yanli from the School of Electric Information and Engineering was nominated and awarded as one of the 50 National Youth Profession Elites, the only recipient from Tianjin Municipality.

Altogether, 810 people no more than 35 years old from all walks of life across the nation were nominated as the National Youth Post Experts for their remarkable performance at work and their contribution to the society, and 50 of them were selected as the elite.

Dr. Liu Yanli is now an associate profession at Tianjin University. She is well recognized for her excellence in both teaching and academic research. She once won a Grand Prize in a municipal teaching competition at the Tianjin and is now leading multiple national R&D projects.

Dr.Liu has published more than 20 research papers and held the post of communication expert in several academic journals like theEngineering.
