On May 12, Nankai District Government and Tianjin University held a meeting on cooperation on basic education and health. The two parties discussed cooperation on basic education and health.

Based on the needs of the district and the university, both parties discussed institutional mechanisms, policy, measures, feasible strategies and implementation paths. During the meeting, a consensus was reached on the rational use of advanced concepts to break the boundaries between them and actively explore innovative models to achieve cooperation and integration. In the future, they will carry out in-depth cooperation in various aspects of health education, quality development, health management, faculty training, teacher-student communication and disciplinary construction, to create a harmonious Nankai District and build Tianjin University into a world-class university.

Attendees to the meeting included Zhang Fengbao, vice president of Tianjin University, Sha Hong, deputy head of Nankai District government, and heads of relevant departments of both parties.
