On April 15, a special Online Job Fair for Alumni Companies was held.

A total of 131 alumni companies were invited to the event, providing 535 jobs and recruiting more than 4,800 persons. More than 1,000 students, including students from other universities, participated in the event.

Alumnus Li, the founder of Tianjin Yunyao Aerospace Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering at Tianjin University, said: "This online job fair adapts to the current epidemic prevention and control situation, not only reduces recruitment costs, but also gives us a platform to recruit excellent graduates.”

During the event, graduates communicated with the employer companies online. Hao Renjing, an undergraduate of Class 2020 from the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, said: "I’d like to thank our university for establishing this platform. It is impossible for me to find so many positions without help."

Zhang Chai, a postgraduate of Class 2020 from the Law school, said: "Participating in the job fairs organized by our university is an important way for us to find a job."
