Tianjin University’s School of Electrical and Information Engineering organized a Seminar on Industry-university-research Cooperation in New Engineering Construction between Tianjin University and Mitsubishi Electric that was held at Tianjin University on October 14th. Four representatives from Mitsubishi Electric Automation Company attended the seminar.
Li Jiping, the Party Secretary of the School of Electrical and Information Engineering welcomed all the guests and briefed them on the school’s development. Li mentioned that deeper and more thorough cooperation between the two sides would promote New Engineering Construction and talent cultivation.
Kazuya Mizushima, the Minister of e-f@ctory integration spoke highly of the previous cooperation efforts and expressed the hope that in the future the intelligent solutions of manufacturing offered by e-f@ctory could be applied to Tianjin University’s laboratory construction.
Then the two sides each presented a report about the needs and requirements for cooperation in lab construction, new engineering development and talent cultivation. This led to deep discussions about these topics and a successful conclusion of the seminar.
