For those teachers and students who couldn’t go home for the Mid-Autumn Festival, the canteen management department of the Weijin Road Campus organized an activity themed: a “Mid-Autumn reunion, cozy canteen. Teachers and students share the time-honored customs and food culture of this traditional Chinese festival.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the canteen arranged for 3,400 special free moon cakes for teachers and students in the window On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Nongxiangyuan canteen also cooperated with the teachers of the School of Marine Science and Technology to organize the activity of making moon cakes for the celebration. The teachers talked about the story of the Mid-Autumn Festival and moon cakes, while concentrating on kneading dough. The activity contributed to the congenial atmosphere. In addition, on Teacher's Day, the Nongxiangyuan dining hall prepared free apples for teachers.

During the reunion festival, the canteen had a very festive atmosphere. The canteen carried mooncakes full of love for the teachers and students and it brought joy to the students who stayed in school and warmth for the teachers and students alike.
