On August 17, Tang Bo —— Party Secretary and Director of the Department of Science & Technology of Shandong province led a delegation visiting Tianjin University.

During the meeting, Tianjin University Party Secretary Li Jiajun expressed the hope that Tianjin University and Shandong Province could promote cooperation on science and technology as well as talents.

Party Secretary Tang Bo reflected on the close cooperation between Shandong Province and Tianjin University in recent years. He emphasized that these cooperative projects covered more than ten cities of Shandong Province, contributing to both scientific and economic development. Further deepening the cooperation with Tianjin University is Shandong Province’s desire in its development through cultivation of talents and industrial upgrades.

After the meeting, Tang Bo along with his delegation visited the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, the School of Materials Science and Engineering, the School of Mechanical Engineering, and the Collaborative Innovation Center of Chemical Science and Engineering (Tianjin).
